Update v0.2.0

Hi everyone,

Version 0.2.0 is now live! You can now sell cards in the card shop and the game now contains background music & sound effects.

Patch notes:

• Added new feature: You can now sell cards in the card shop.
• Added background music. 
• Added sound effects.
• Added settings screen to change music and sound effect volumes. Press escape at any time to open the settings screen. 
• Added 6 new runic powers.
• Increased rare card odds for class packs from none to low. 
• Increased base booster pack cost for season 3 from 20 to 25 and for season 4 from 30 to 40.
• Increased the price of singles by 10%.
• Increased the number of duels to defeat the first champion from 4 to 5.
• Decreased the threshold on the common dark cards that give VP if the opponent's VP is below a threshold. This is a nerf.
• Decreased the number of extra duels you get from defeating champions from 4 to 3.
• Decreased VP on pushed on the common earth card that gives VP on pushed by 25%. 
• Decreased VP given by the runic power that gives you VP when you play a card on a field for which the opponent's opposing field also contains a card from +2 VP to +1 VP
• Your trunk filter is no longer resets each time you exit the deckbuilding screen.
• Opened card packs now lets you reveal each card one by one instead of showing them all at once.
• The game version number is now visible on the bottom right of the main screen.
• Changed wording in a runic power that mentioned 'day' instead of 'duel'.
