Update v0.1.8

Hi everyone,

Version 0.1.8 is now live. Just a minor update with some visual improvements.

Patch notes:

• Removed all cards that only had an 'Play: +X VP' effect. 
• Renamed 'PLAY' and 'FLIP' effects to 'ON PLAY' and 'ON FLIP'.
• Reduced the VP threshold of the rare dark card that gives VP at the end of the duel if the opponent's VP is below a certain threshold. (This is a nerf)
• Improved the art of the arrow indicators around buttons.
• Fixed a bug that caused the empty slot indicators in the deckbuilding screen to not scroll up or down when the cards are scrolled.
